Almost time to catch your own, kiddo

Tried to get some close up shots of the swallows in the barn this evening. Managed this one where the parent is delivering what looks like small fly/midge to the youngster on the right.
The first extra is just before with it waiting along with I assume a sibling for the parents to return. The second is it shoving the midge down it's throat. 
Have quite a lot of swallows up in the rafters. They are fascinating the way they speed in and out all day long bringing food to the hungry chicks. Most seem to have fledged or nearly fledged by now. 
Hoping they don't all head off soon as it's far too soon to think about autumn yet!
