Family protection

The swans can be so viscious and there’s been numerous recent sitings of swans killing goslings. So when a swan glides into the centre of a goose cluster, I’m always on alert myself - and so are the geese obviously.

I took EmCoops out for her birthday lunch today - we headed to the baked potato place again and it didn’t disappoint. It also provided the energy we needed for a decent swim this evening. I started off swimming with EmCoops and finished swimming with SusieA. A lovely evening.

Today is the anniversary of my Dad going to Heaven in 2018. It feels ages ago but it also feels not ages ago. He was sad and poorly. He was looking forward to Heaven.
