Before and After

Took a few moments to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view before the group arrived, decompress, evaluate and relax.

A lovely bunch, first first-aid for many, worryingly so considering some of their occupations, but they're equipped now, have some basic skills and a lot more confidence. 
5 good passes for 5 good people. 

Then home to pack, not now even sure our plane will take off from Manchester tomorrow, fingers crossed.
