Brunch

We took a wee drive to Troon today and our first stop there at the Lido restaurant was to get a tasty brunch!
We then had a lovely walk along the beach - rather breezy - as far as the clubhouse of Royal Troon Golf course where they’ve been building the various stands for the Open which takes place there soon. A beautiful selection of wild flowers and bushes lined both sides of the path behind the dunes and we saw a little wren singing its heart out. We also heard sedge warblers and an oystercatcher.
