Golf

We had a lovely sunny walk with Xena this morning, the woods are looking very lush but dry - its been a while since we had rain. 

Later we went to Gavin's golf club for a quick lunch on the terrace before playing 9 holes of golf. It clouded over and even looked like rain but then the sun came out again and it was so warm and humid. I enjoyed the golf very much today despite being so warm and that cold drink afterwards was very welcome. It was so quiet on the course today, not sure where everybody was - I was able to play two balls on some holes to get in extra practice.

We have started planning a summer holiday for August 2025 and many options we thought of are already fully booked! There will be many more options I am sure but it was a bit of a surprise to realise how busy things get.

Adam and Anna now safely arrived in Rochester, and Luke and Meriel now home again after their holiday in Croatia.
