Lengthwise
Sweet and gentle warmth of a july evening. The kind of a park where I'm tempted to take a book with me and keep the camera in the bag. Almost did.
The Carisbrooke Park was laid out in 1912-23 by the BC Electric Street Railway Company at the terminus of the final extension, six blocks from 25th Street to Windsor Road. Or so says the official info. North Vancouver parks are more known for their extensive hiking trails than green grass fields, old trees and plantations so this is a nice exception.
Thank you so much for your kind words and wishes on my three-year entry. They mean a lot. Smiles coming your way. Take care.
Busy day tomorrow and exciting, too.
