Bobbing Along

Our morning walk at Emsworth was peaceful and we enjoyed watching people launching their boats and the sailing races further out in the harbour. I popped into our local and fairly newly opened ‘refill’ shop and bought some local honey.

As we walked we met several other German Shorthaired Pointer dogs and had a good chat with their owners - it’s always interesting to exchange experiences and of course meet the dogs.

Later we visited the local farm shop and got some goodies including locally made dark chocolate - I like to keep a stash of it so I can have a few segments as an evening treat every now and then.

Our day of culinary delights was rounded off with a Japanese meal. We savoured each dish, the flavours were wonderful.

Grateful:
- To speak with family on the telephone.
- To enjoy fine food.
- For Andy’s and Merlin’s company and all they did to make this such an enjoyable day.
