Closed. Leitz Summar 5cm

A few weeks ago, I swung by Connelly's Hardware in Brookline to pick up a hard-to-find item.  To my dismay, the doors were closed, and the signs were up.  This family-owned business which opened in 1951, is gone forever, driven under by Home Depot, Amazon, and finally, The Great Plague.
As I read through online information about the store, I note that the family owns the building.  That makes me fear that they sold out, and the developers will swoop in on this lovely old edifice situated at a busy intersection in Brookline's Washington Square.
It was not an easy task getting a good sight line which didn't include cars, streetcars, or pedestrians.  I had to time my shots to the traffic lights.  It seemed appropriate to use the venerable and outstanding old Leitz Summar lens from 1938, although the building is probably much older.
