Parkrun and Giants' causeway

We were woken by the tannoy and cheering down at the start of the mighty hike. Managed to find a way round the road closures and did the parkrun at Portrush.  It was all on sand and a beautiful course. 
We had a cooked breakfast at a nearby cafe and then pootled round Portrush.  We bought some decent sized mugs as we've got fed up of the very small cups in the nt cottages. 
Stopped at the Giants' causeway on the way back.  Busy with lots of visitors but we were able to find a spot to sit and take it all in.  
Trundled back to the cottage and put some washing in the machine only to find it wasn't spinning at all.  We now have soggy washing dripping on a clothes airer.
