A wander in the Quaker Meeting House gardens.

Physio pleased with my progress and has now ramped up the exercises. I gave myself a bit of time out but back to it tomorrow.

We said goodbye to our carer team with Thomas returning to Sheffield. Thank goodness I am a lot more mobile than I was so think we should be okay.
