Oh my! L’s recipe from the retreat and it is SO wonderful!!

1C flour
3 eggs
1 t powder
S & P
2 boxes frozen spinach drained
1 pkg frozen artichokes drained
2 C Colby Jack
2 C sharp cheddar
2 T melted butter for the pan
Sprinkle of Parmesan
