Washing, GP, shopping and not much else

Got the washing out this morning and it all dried.
As you can see from the photo, the GP surgery was quiet (again) and in fact there were more people behind computers than patients. When I went in there was one other lady waiting to be seen and when she came out one more lady came in.
We went shopping after the appointment at which I was told not to go to A&E with my epistaxis problems as they won't do anything. really? They were going to pack it yesterday if it hadn't almost stopped. It's not like I wanted to go to A&E either - I didn't go there myself or ring the ambulances - people who were extremely concerned about the bloodloss rang the ambulances. The paramedics treated me before taking me in but they said I needed to go to A&E!
I didn't even make this appointment today but when I went in I was asked by the clinician "What brings you here?" I felt like saying that she should know but I held it back.
She asked me to do BP readings at home for a week and to make an appointment to be seen for a week on Monday - to do it at reception on my way out. I went to do this and was told they would ring me back as they were not sure who to book me in with.
GP reception rang me at teatime to say no appointment is to be made and I am to drop off my readings a week on Monday then they will get reviewed before someone decides about an appointment!
At the appointment today (with the Clinician) I asked had anyone reviewed the cardiologist letter sent a few weeks ago asking them to increase my diltiazem to help reduce my pulse rate - she looked it up and said to deal with the one thing for now and look at this at a later date.
My BP was up again today but not too bad (154/86). Usual waste of time appointment - I could have done my BP at home for a week without any appointment.  This is stupid!
I had to have a sleep in bed this afternoon - felt totally exhausted although I've done little since Wednesday. I am probably anaemic with all the blood-loss - I tend to have iron-deficiency anaemia without the nose bleeds and they stopped my iron tablets a few months back as levels were normal - no blood test done since.
I am sick to death of our cra*p NHS,
