Drying Out

Torrential rain fell for a few hours late yesterday afternoon and evening from numerous thunderstorms rolling through. A lighter rain would have been better but no complaints because we really needed the water. The plants look especially perky, as do the weeds :) I must add that we’re equally perky with today’s 80F, an almost 30 degree difference from the heatwave over the past three days. Tomorrow’s 68F will feel downright chilly!! Such weird weather swings • This clematis applauded the long drink with a few new flowers :) • Happy Friday means Happy Weekend!
