Issues!

Yesterday evening was beautiful and special too as I was out on a ‘club’ outing in a 52 year old Leyland Atlantean around the south Durham villages. All was going well for 2 hours or so until it died! Plenty of diesel on board but on a long hill climb there was a fuel blockage. We got it going again but then the reserve bus arrived, a 48 year old Leyland Leopard bus so we arrived late back to Shildon in style for dinner in the old Railway Works canteen. The downside was I didn’t get to bed until just after midnight.
