2024 Thursday — More Celebrating

We were given a gift card (at the end of last month for our anniversary) that is good at several restaurants; the Yard House is one of them and there is a Yard House just a few miles from our SoCal home, and currently we are at our SoCal home.

So we enjoyed a delicious dinner and after we paid the waitress with our gift card, Mr. Fun told her we were celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary. She said, “Don’t leave! We have a celebration dessert for you two.” What she brought us was some kind of Oreo cookie cake/pie and it was delicious.
