In place

Following on from yesterday's blip (posted this morning), the builder and apprentice came today and finished putting up the plaster board (known in Aotearoa/New Zealand as Gib Board). The builder (L) had sanded the door and put it into the door frame. Today he put on the door hardware. 

S and I are delighted that my saving the door for many years, decades even, is giving us such pleasure.

The plasterers come tomorrow; the painters late next week, and when ready the new kitchen will be installed and we can return home.
