Hot air balloon

In fact there were two, see extra, but the air flow was pushing them away from us so I could not get a good picture.  Several times we have had them land in our field in the past followed by their landrover and a bottle of champagne to the lucky landowner.  The balloon is then rolled neatly away and it and the passengers get in the vehicle to be taken back to their transport where ever they took off.

Met E at the cafe in a nearby village for a good catch-up and then back for a cuppa in the sunshine - in fact it was too hot and we ended up sitting in the shade of the crab apple tree.
