Can you tell that I love dinosaurs?

C and N visited the Natural History museum  in London and saw the dinosaurs. I took C there regularly when young and they wanted to share the experience.  

I went to old Leigh on Sea with B for a walk. The tide was in and I enjoyed a paddle on the beach. We took our art things and both sat on a bench to draw and paint. We also had a rather pricey fish in a bun for lunch and both agreed that the fish finger sandwich from Mersea would have tasted better and been a third of the price.

This evening I enjoyed a Soul Runners' chatty run to Northey and back via the Prom. They are a lovely bunch of people and we did 8 k in total. So I feel pleased. See extra.
