Daisy Crown.

I just wondered what the story here is. Someone has taken the time and effort to make up this quite substantial Daisy crown only to have it abandoned on top of a garden wall. 
After an early slight drizzle, the day dried up and warmed up and the sun even put in the occasional appearance.
