Lock-Keeper Hat Trick

A delightful lunch and wander with Janet's brothers and their wives. The latter were happy to sit for an over the shoulder shot. The hats were not really optional, as the Sun was beating down as if it was summer!

It is of course Summer Solstice, with the absolute timing at about nine minutes to ten tonight in the uk. Many people will be meeting up at Stonehenge - some for ritual and most for a good old knees-up.

I'm not here to judge, but it occurs to me that the monoliths at Stonehenge will be putting up with a lot more than a bit of orange paint tonight. But what a stupid prank from Just Stop Oil, to antagonise one of the groups most likely to support their endeavours by despoiling their sacred site.

The fact that Sheol has caught me in JSO orange is entirely unconnected...
