Spent an hour of my life on the phone with the bank trying to bring our dormant gala account back to life. This has been ongoing for almost two years. If you owed them money, they would be on your case right off the bat. If there had been no money in it , it would have been easier to shut down and get a new one! Thieving creeps, I hate banks.
