Shimizu Japan - sake brewery tour

Because this was a part of the "Mt. Fuji viewing excursion", we went along to this other stop which was a tour of a sake brewery - an iconic beverage of Japan.  This was a large drawing illustrating the successive steps needed to turn rice into the beverage.  Designed I think to be somewhat self-explanatory to people of any language.
