Had a meeting in the Nero's at McScaffer Glen. Snapped this one photo on the way in - it's the new phase of development for even more shops in Livingston ... (yawn) -not my intended blip you understand.

Hung around for 10 minutes inside as I was a bit early -when a couple of security guards approached. "We've been told that you've been taking photos." (I hadn't - other than this one on the way in...)

(me)-"Really?"
(them) -"Can I ask who you work for?"
(me) -"Nope"
(them)-"Do you have a business card that we can pass on to central security..."

I suddenly click that they must have spotted me outside on CCTV and they were obviously bothered about commercial something or the other...

I unmanned them with a hard stare and told them that I'd be happy to supply personal information to the police but not to them. I did tell them as well that I hadn't taken any inside (which I know isn't allowed by the owners) and that they were for personal use.

They got on their radios to someone and nodded and walked away (i think the radios bit was just their way of exiting with dignity). Still - all pretty heavy I thought for a photo taken outside, in a public place, of a fecking building site. Eyes in the sky or what?
