Green lacewing

I spotted this little fellow crawling about on the lawn whike I braved the scorching temperatures in the garden for a few minutes at lunchtime with Bailey (I say lawn loosely as there doesn't seem to be any grass in this picture just clover).
Didn't know what he was so I had to google him.

The temperature in the office this afternoon was 32 degrees C and 35 degrees in the server room. Someone went out and bought a big load of ice lollies for everyone but because I started my 'no carb' shakes diet again today after my over indulgences last week I didn't allow myself one. Just got redder and redder in the face until I tracked down and pockled a large, industrial sized fan from one of the meeting rooms. Hope there aren't any meetings planned for a few days!!
