There is a very reliable wind indicator in Welli.....It's planes landing and the Carter Fountain.
It's been a fine but chilly day and The Boss's decision to walk the parade at this time was chilly but fun. 
Our apartment  building has been getting its annual clean and today the abseilers were working on the glass fronts on the apartment decks. (From the top down) They  do a  great job.
