Angela

Had a very nice day with my lovely friend and ex colleague Angela today in Chichester. We have birthdays within a day of each other so we always try to get together in June for a joint celebration. She lives in Brighton so meeting in Chichester is half way for us both. Here’s Angela in front of some tiles in The Pallant Art Gallery where we went for coffee prior to lunch in (yet again) The Ivy! We blagged another free profiterole with a candle in to celebrate our birthdays, cheaper than buying dessert! We were rather disappointed to hear that the waiting staff don’t get much of the service charge and that some of it goes to pay for food they have at work! That seems a bit poor.
