A rare day off

We both had a day off together which is unusual so we went for a very nice lunch at The Village Inn in Fairlie, spoiled only by the two businessmen who arrived shortly before we finished, one of which was obviously suffering from the heat - phew a bit whiffy! We then decided to tackle the garden which has been very neglected up until a couple of years ago. One brown bin filled and not much obvious difference, but we'll get there. Grass cut, a bit of weeding, and some of the jungle cut back, then an afternoon nap was in order.
