Shoulder Class

Tom dropped me off for my class. I’d normally drive myself but the car park was partially closed for resurfacing so there was no where to put the car.
I was a bit early so I had a wander down to the river Eden.
Lifting my arm straight in front of me continues to improve but there is very little improvement to the side and up my back. The physio recommended a second steroid injection if the is no improvement at my 6 week review.
By the time I’d finished my class Tom had done the shopping, yey.
Lou has had a poorly tummy today, both ends, I hope it settles soon.
