Lemon meringue pie anyone?

There was a good turnout for the Lunch and Social Club today and the lettuce soup went down well, as did the delicious tomato and basil soup made by my soup buddy. But the star of the lunch was this beautifully presented lemon meringue pie.
After lunch I had a drive through to Salen for a meeting which took up most of the afternoon.
