A Bit...

...of relief...

I had my first Physio appointment.  He has given me some exercises to do to gain back some of the strength in my hands.  He did a squeeze test - my left hand recorded 16.9kg and my right hand 12.3kg...  As I' am right handed, he said that was quite a difference!  He then massaged the base of my thumb and it is the first pain relief I have had in months.  He said if it worked, he would show me how to do it.  I am just so grateful to have a bit of relief!
