Everyday Life

This evening once Brian was home from work we took a drive over to Metheringham to put some fresh flowers on my Dad's grave, belatedly, for Father's Day.

I need to look at getting a proper grave marker. I can't afford a huge head stone, they are beyond my budget by a long way, but I would like to get something.

After visiting the cemetery we went for a walk along the public footpath through the very wild area beside it. We saw quite a few interesting insects, heard lots of birdsong and I saw a rabbit, fleetingly.

I liked the way the light made the grass seem to glow, so I'm using this scenery shot as my Blip.

This, I believe, is my 3999th Blip, so I need to look for something different tomorrow...
