Northern Marsh Orchid

Our house was built over 50 years ago on an area of limestone grassland. Fortunately for us the wild plants which were there in the 1960s still come up each year and no mow May has made them much more pbvious.
In addition to the Northern Marsh Orchids there are Common Spotted Orchids and Twayblades.
The lawn has become a meadow and we love it.
