Evening walk

R was feeling very rough today and spent most of the day in bed. I was working but by mid afternoon I was feeling ill as well. It’s a strange bug, very energy sapping, plus aches and pains. We felt that we needed to get out by the evening so went for a short walk, but felt so exhausted by that effort we needed to get straight to bed when we arrived home. Don’t think it’s Covid but probably need to do a test.
