The Church of St. Ermogenis

This morning we made a plan as we have one week left after today and were aware that we needed to do this if we are to fit everything we want to do in.

We headed down to Curium beach where we had a very large, long, leisurely lunch in our favourite beach restaurant (by the same name as the little church which is right beside it). We were brought here the first time we visited Cyprus about 13 - 14 years ago on our first day and I will always remember the cooling breezeand this little church that is open to all. The restaurant looks like a ramshackle place but the food is simple and fresh, the girls had mixed kebab and the boys a fish meze.

We then went to Curium beach for a swim, the water was much warmer than Pissouri and there were some big waves that added to our fun.

We returned to the villa and decided to eat here and have a pool competition. The competition is still going on, I'm blipping as I went out in the first round :-(
