I am Astilbe...

This is an astilbe, the flower of a shade plant that comes in red, lavender, pink, peach, and white. I chose this name for my blip name because I am a gardener and this is the time of year when astilbes bloom. I love to see them planted closely and with a breeze rippling through them. To me they suggest coolness and freshness on a sultry, summer day.
