Willow

Willow was out when I got b home this morning, at 00.15, but she seemed happy to have me home. Later she found a new bed!

I woke after 7 so no swim but remembered I had a couple of eggs in the fridge which solves one problem. But stood on the scales, which caused another one. 

Fed D and B who are both traumatised by the bathroom refurb going on next door..Did the laundry, not a lot as most of the holiday wardrobe never saw the light of day and unpacked. Then a work meeting before getting the pots back in place and a long chat with cat feeder #2, J. 

It had threatened rain but it was actually quite warm in the sun, reached 19.

After a naked pasta lunch I went up to Loanhead to collect the marble, then wheeled round Sainsbury's to get food before hot footing it down to RIE for my check up. Dr May was running late but the 'check up', ' you ok'?, 'yes I'm ok' took less than 5 mins before they took blood and I was off home.

Did a bit more tidying in the garden and put up the rest of the pots, it needs less work than I'd feared, then cut the grass just as it started raining, a wee bit.

Chicken for dinner and I tried to watch TV but I was too tired so gave in and took my book to bed before 8.
