Walk in Tolsbury with B

Hair dresser appointment first thing. Then a blowy but lovely walk to the Tollesbury bench and later cafe for a bagel and bread pudding,  to celebrate B's good news. Her chest specialist has dismissed her. Good news indeed. 

Later ran the Tiptree 5k handicap - 3rd of the series of 5.  An enjoyable run on a cool damp evening. My fastest run in June for a long time, with zn official time of 30:27. There are some advantages of the unseasonably cold weather it seems.
