Hammer …

3 years ago I had a 6 week coaching course in Hammer and shot putt… I then stuck with it for ages … I can’t remember why I stopped but tonight I joined track and field at the athletics club and started again .
Coach Sandy is the mature fella , you all know PFND as she’s a world champ and the other chap is a newbie called Nathan and he’s ended up being very entertaining. A good evening I’d say !!!
I may well really get stuck in to practice and pay my England athletics subs again to reactivate my number so I can compete next year … we shall see .
