All I could say about today is that nothing turned out as expected. 

My cage was well and truly rattled. I think it will turn out positive. 

I mean, nothing went wrong. It was just full of surprises and dragged up memories from where they had been carefully buried. 

The plan is to read now before bed, and do what I can to clear my mind. I am well practised in this, so it should be fine.
