Wow! What a day

We started with Breakfast at The Wellington Boot, our favourite place for celebration breakfast. I had a fluffy omelette complete, top first picture, while hubby had a smoked haddock with 2 poached eggs. Then we popped into town to buy me a gift from hubby. Then we popped out to Les Tielles, the bottom photo is the view. We popped home for a short time to put 25 gorgeous Roses into water, a lovely gift from our Church delivered by Gwen. We popped back to town for a share of a toasted sandwich and a cup of tea. Then up to Jerbourg for a walk, which was lovely and I took the last 2 photos on the top row. As we were thirsty we bought ice cream milk shakes, oh wow! We stayed at Jerbourg and just relaxed and read our books, then had an early bar meal at the Pickled Pig which was delicious. Now we are back home after being out as good as all day.
