Static wheel

Was up early walking the hound.  At 9am rang the dentist as on Friday I either chipped a back tooth or part of a filling has come off.  The nearest appointment is 9am this Thursday.  

Headed early into the market.  I need a few handles for kitchen cabinets.  I took the only good one I still have and tried Homebase and B&Q with no luck.  I may try my last option tomorrow.

Have managed to get a washing load dry today. 

In the afternoon Mr started to clear the garage.  We now have a few items for the charity shop.

Took hound for a walk at 5pm.  He was keen at the start but flagging by the end.  It's been a warm day.

Made a spinach frittata for tonight and tomorrow's dinner. 

Last night listened to a podcast of Radio 2 DJ Johnny Walker and his wife Tiggy.  They were talking about Johnny's terminal illness, pulmonary fibrosis and Tiggy's experience of being his carer.  It's a moving podcast.

 It's been a full day.
