Butterfly

I saw a funny sight in the morning from the yard: two deer running circles in the field across the road. Got the camera, but just the buck left on the field then (in the extra). Trying to follow it, I saw it again, but not the other one. Took the photo of the butterfly, apparently a Lesser Marbled Fritillary, after giving up on the deer, and thought it's actually the better image.

Sorting things out in the workshop after the rake assembly and some other mess left from earlier jobs before lunch. Changed the alternator of the small tractor and did some tractor maintenance with Jussi in the afternoon.

It was supposed to be the rainy day of the week, but just a few drops every now and then and nothing in the rain gauge in the end of the day. Warmer than in a while, up to +24°C at noon. In yesterday's forecasts the rest of the week had little or no rain, but it doesn't look that dry now, so I wonder when it would be the time to make some dry hay.
