Black Bamboo

The others couldn’t make a walk this morning so Hubby and I went for a walk before his Tai Chi class. We stopped for a coffee at the campsite and chatted to a lady who is hoping to move here with her beautiful husky.

The bamboo had to come out to make way for the flood wall however it didn’t survive the move so I cut back the stems and will be able to use them as stakes for the sunflowers.
