Life Is Just A Bowl Of Cherries....

....well I would get a bowl full if the flaming birds would leave them alone. I have three cherry trees in the garden two sweet ones and one sour one. One of the sweet cherry trees has been stripped. Hardly anything on it. The other has quite a lot. But the birds are constantly eating them. Today I've been picking as many as I could. I've frozen some. Then tried to make jam with some. I'm no cook and never attempted to make jam before. I was told what to do and tried my best. I'm not sure if I have jam...I do have two pots and one dish with something resembling jam in the fridge right now. It tastes extremely sweet. We will see.

My new car had to go back today to have a fuse put in the lighter so I could use my Tom Tom. I also lost something with the VW emblem from my wheel. It's all been sorted and came back sparkling. They had cleaned it on the inside and outside. Didn't cost me a thing.

I locked myself out today. Silly me. I thought I had the right key but it just wouldn't work. Luckily I had left a kitchen window open so I climbed through.

My middle son had to have a camera put down his throat today. It's not a nice thing to have done. Unfortunately he has to have more tests. He will be fine though, I'm sure.

Youngest son is packed and ready for the airport. He's going off with friends for a week to Zante...look out Zante!

I'm off to Zumba tonight. We have already been emailed to say she is doing a lot of floor exercises as its so hot.

My day off tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Think I'll have a day by the pool.
