No gas!

I woke up staring at an orange flashing light it was my fridge telling me that the gas had run out.
Primus stove to the rescue, strangely I had only bought it two days previously.
Warm drink sorted but trying to get a new cylinder on a Sunday in North Devon was not likely to be easy.
Lorraine and Stephen let me put the contents in their fridge and I prepared a chicken casserole for the whole family before popping out to a church service.
An al fresco Sunday lunch was interesting with two live wire girls for company.
Strawberries and clotted cream ice cream for dessert before I headed out for a swim.
The pool was just closing and the lad on reception apologised for the wrong timetable on the door.
Off for a dip in the wild Atlantic Ocean.
Wild, it was I likened it to be left in the tumble dryer or washing machine, but it was great fun and felt exhilarating afterwards. Enough to require a fruit tea and two doughnuts freshly made..
I pootled back and had quick inspection of my next campsite , it’s on the farm and has plenty of livestock, including this young foal/stallion.
A quick dash to collect Logan and a bowl of mussels from Lorraine’s fridge ( I think it’s the first mussels that Lorraine has ever cooked).
A 3 hour stroll around our beautiful commons in the most peaceful evening sunshine before some much needed sleep.
Zzzzzz
