This is Abdul, a civil engineer and urban planner from Saudi Arabia, who was feeding peanuts to pigeons in Peasholm Park. He first visited Scarborough about 30 years ago to study English at a language school. This time he was on holiday with his wife, daughter and two sons. They were staying in an apartment at the Sands. I was surprised how much he was wearing, given that it was already fairly warm at about 7.30am.
