We got sun

But not for long, and then it rained again. We walked early before breakfast and it was lovely. Painting all day but had a break to let it dry and went out for a walk, it was lovely. Others had the same idea as a few dogs down on the river path and Hetty wanted to say hello to a couple of them.
I am loving the fact that grass has been left and this area is looking wonderful.
Got all the painting finished and now just need to put curtain back up and handle back on bedroom door. Although this is a space at the top of the stairs into our bedroom we have a small double futon there so room when we have visitors.
The cottage is over three hundred years old so walls very thick and not smooth and all pipes and wiring visible, but we love it.
Hubby started painting the lobby at the bottom of the stairs and needs to complete in the morning.
Hubby wants to watch some football this evening so I think a nice hot bubble bath and read for me.
Feels like we have not stopped for four days but we did it.
