Happy Father’s Day

Cooked Dad his favourite meal, Scallops with Bacon, Black Pudding and Colcannon, minus the scallops as they had been substituted in my supermarket delivery with mussels! Sticky Toffee Pudding for pud. At last a beautiful sunny, summery day, 17 degrees. But what with one thing and another, didn’t manage to get out into the garden; tomorrow, hopefully.
