A walk in the woods.

I was pleased and surprised that my weight was down another little bit this morning. Went to Brigend to buy  bird food and forgot to buy what I needed most so I'll have to go again tomorrow. It was very  wet  so I walked at Heggie's Wood Muir at Ladybank but still got rained on. Took advantage of British Gas's cheaper Sunday rate to put the washing machine in action then settled to read the latest Peter May Runaway.
