Orchid

In an attempt to avoid boring you with medical paraphernalia my Orchid decided to come into flower.

This rehabilitation business is a full time affair with not much time for anything else. Now settling into the exercises followed by ice and compression on the machine. I have to say the machine seems to be working wonders. Only downside is it is very cold so have to wear thermals to keep warm! Now walking better with just one walking stick and the knee is beginning to move more freely. Despite being multicoloured and swollen. 

Following the advice to the letter! 

Eldest son Stephen is a star. Cooking, tidying and replenishing the ice. Youngest son to take over mid week…..it will be a hard act to follow.
